Errors and Omissions


SafetySuperCenter, Inc. hereby informs you, the customer, that errors and omissions may occur with regard to pricing or product information.  We do our best to make sure all of the information on our website is current, but sometimes the necessary information is not available to us.  As our suppliers can change pricing without notice, we also  reserve the right to correct or change pricing and information without prior notice even after an order has been made.  Before any changes are made, we will contact you to allow you a choice in processing your order.  SafetySuperCenter also reserves the right to cancel orders that contain errors and provide a full refund to the customer.  We only honor purchases from U.S.A. based customers that will ship domestically and not to freight forwarders that accept shipments for offshore companies.


Minimum Order for Free Shipping


We require a minimum order of $49.95.  If you place an order for less than that amount,  a $20.00 Flat Shipping & Handling charge will be added to your total.  If you have any questions, please email us at info@safetysupercenter.com or call Toll Free 1.888.447.7336


  


Shipping Address


 The following is required when providing a shipping address:



  • A street address within the lower 48 United States of America.
  • P.O. Boxes are not acceptable.
  • Freight Forwarders are not acceptable.
  • If there is a theft risk at the address you provide, please request "signature required" or have the package delivered to a secure destination.  SafetySuperCenter, Inc. is not responsible for any stolen packages that have been successfully delivered by our designated carrier.

Credit Card Purchases



  • All purchases will appear from "SafetySuperCenter, Inc."  on your credit card statement.
  • Only purchases originating from the United States of America will be accepted.

General Shipping Policy


100% FREE Ground Shipping Within the Lower 48 United States of America


1.       Orders will be shipped using a trackable standard ground shipping method.


2.       Shipments outside the lower 48 United States of America or to United States Military Base P.O. Boxes will be charged standard shipping rates,  a special handling fee and Hazardous Materials fees.


Fire Extinguisher Shipping Policy


100% FREE Ground Shipping Within the Lower 48 United States of America


(No Hazardous Materials Fees)


1.       Fire Extinguisher orders will be shipped using a trackable standard ground shipping method.


2.       Shipments outside the lower 48 United States of America or to United States Military Base P.O. Boxes will be charged standard shipping rates,  a special handling fee and Hazardous Materials fees.


3.       If you notice any obvious damage upon receipt of your fire extinguisher shipment,            REFUSE THE SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY WITH THE DELIVERY PERSON.


Shipping Turnaround and Time in Transit



  • In-stock items will be shipped no later than the next business day after order is placed.  You will receive your items within one to seven business days after the order is shipped.
  • Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they are in-stock.  We will make one email attempt and one phone attempt to notify you of any delay of shipment.  You will have the option to accept the delay or request a refund of your purchases, as long as items have not already shipped.  You will receive your items within one to seven business days after the order is shipped.
  • Items paid by check will be shipped when your check arrives and clears through our bank.

Special Request Shipping


We Offer All Types of Express Shipping



  • Shipping other than standard ground service will be charged to the customer at normal rates. 
  • Contact us Toll Free at 888.447.7336 with your special shipping request for a custom quote.

Failed Delivery


Most carriers will make three or more attempts at delivery.  If delivery to a shipping address and phone number you provided is unsuccessful, or you refuse the shipment for reasons other than obviously damaged product, the shipment will be determined to be a Failed Delivery.


In the case of a Failed Delivery where there is no error on the part of SafetySuperCenter.com or the shipper,  you will be charged a 30% re-stock fee on items returned.


Return Policy


SafetySuperCenter.com has a 30 day return policy for merchandise sold on our site with exception to fire extinguishers.  (See Fire Extinguisher Return Policy)


If you would like to return a non-defective, unused and resalable item you have purchased within the last 30 days:


1.       Contact us at service@safetysupercenter.com or call Toll Free 888 477 7336 to obtain a return authorization number.


2.       Return the items using a trackable shipping method, such as UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx.


3.       Ship to: SafetySuperCenter.com, 2919 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60618


4.       Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.


5.       Special order items will be charged a 30% re-stock fee.


If you do not adhere to the above return policy, and you return items without an authorization, you will be subjet to a 30% re-stock fee.  Please follow the above steps carefully so as not to incur additional costs.


Fire Extinguisher Return Policy


1.       All fire extinguishers purchases are final and non-returnable.


2.       According to United States Federal Hazardous Materials Shipping Requirements, a consumer may not ship pressurized fire extinguishers unless registered as a Hazardous Materials Shipper. 


3.       Fire Extinguishers damaged during shipment or having a warranty-covered defect will be provided full warranty replacement. 


4.       Please call us Toll Free at 888.447.7336 to receive replacement and disposal instructions for damaged fire extinguishers.


5.       We will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.


Refunds      



  • No Refunds After 30 days from the date of your Invoice.
  • Re-stock fees will be charged for all special order merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise must include the original packaging.
  • If the condition of the item returned is such that we cannot resell the item, it cannot be returned and refunded.
  • Any product received by the customer which is damaged or defective will be replaced by SafetySuperCenter.com according to the manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures.
  • Refunds will only be credited to the original credit card used in the original transaction, only after the items are inspected by our qualified team of Quality Control specialists, and the products are deemed to be in resalable condition.

 We reserve the right to refuse your order if it does not comply with our policies.
